Using TimeClaw

These terms describe the TimeClaw website and early access web experience provided by TimeClaw LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Contact us at contact@timeclaw.app. When you create a web profile, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we process information; accepting these terms is not consent to advertising or unrelated marketing.

The service today

TimeClaw helps you estimate how you spend your week, build a time budget, discover a playful TimeClaw Type and record daily time in a ledger. The web experience is available in a early access form. Native iPhone and Android apps are in development. A request for updates does not guarantee a release date, invitation or place in a particular rollout.

Types and time budget suggestions are for personal reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial or professional advice, and no particular result is promised. You choose how to use the information.

Your profile and public sharing

Use accurate contact information and a handle you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate someone else. You must meet the age and authorization requirements that apply where you live; the service is not directed at children under 13.

The current web profile system is an interim early access system. Take care with your email and browser access, and avoid sensitive information in ledger labels. Saving your week makes your handle, Type and shared weekly allocation available on your public share page. Do not include another person’s private information.

Acceptable use

Do not use TimeClaw unlawfully, harass others, upload harmful or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade abuse controls or scrape personal information. Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Contact us if you discover a security problem; do not access other people’s information to demonstrate it.

Your content and our materials

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You authorize us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you request, including public sharing. TimeClaw’s name, logo, software and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you or claim a completed transfer of historical intellectual property.

Availability, changes and stopping use

The early access service may change, have errors or be interrupted. Keep your own copy of information important to you. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, legal requirements or discontinuation of a feature, and provide notice where appropriate and required. You can stop using the service at any time and request profile or data removal at our contact address.

No purchase or subscription is offered by this web signup. Any future paid offering will have its price and applicable terms presented separately before purchase; these terms do not authorize a charge.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation, but this does not remove protections provided by applicable law. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a right to bring a claim, or choose an exclusive court or governing law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, with the date shown above and additional notice where required. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented before they apply to you. For questions, complaints, removal or update withdrawal requests, email contact@timeclaw.app.
